"Ordering was fine, but I’d plan extra time for custom options"
Ordering was straightforward overall, but the customization part took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a little slow, and I’d be careful if you’re on a tight deadline or need everything confirmed quickly.

"These brushes were definitely not it"
I’m absolutely sure these are some of the worst brushes I’ve used. After just one use, the bristles started falling out like crazy. No question, I wouldn’t buy them again.

"They got it fixed in the end"
Had a problem with it at first, which was a bit annoying because I was already dealing with a bunch of other stuff that week and just wanted it handled. It took a little back and forth, but they did sort it out eventually, so I’m happy enough with the outcome.

"Didn’t really look like my photo"
I was excited to try a custom paint by numbers kit, but once I saw the design, it just didn’t look that much like the photo I sent in. The face shape was off and the colors felt weird, so it didn’t have that personal feel I was hoping for.
The kit itself was usable, but it took a lot of time and effort to work on, which made it more frustrating when the result still didn’t really look like the person in the picture. For the price, I expected a better likeness. Not awful, just disappointing

"A little hard to read sometimes"
Some of the lines were faint, and the numbers got a bit blurry in the darker areas. Not a huge deal, lol, but it did make them harder to see.

"Box Had Quite the Journey"
The box showed up crushed, so clearly the packaging had an exciting adventure before reaching me. Not exactly ideal, and the packaging could definitely use some improvement

"I was disappointed when the paint arrived..."
I was disappointed when the paint arrived because the colors looked nothing like the photos online. I get that screens can make shades look a little different, but this was way off. It just feels fair to expect the pictures to be a decent match so people know what they’re actually buying.

"Heads up: it works, but checkout is clunky"
Just a warning for anyone ordering here: the site does work, but the checkout process felt slow and clunky. I got through it eventually, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience

"Pretty good, especially for the price"
For what I paid, this kit was better than I expected, which was a nice surprise for once. The canvas was decent and the paints were mostly good, although a couple of the colors apparently needed to be applied about a hundred times before they showed up properly. It took me a while to finish, but I actually enjoyed working on it. Overall, it’s a good value and I’d say it’s worth getting

"Way tougher than expected"
This was way harder than it made it sound. I gave it about an hour and then just gave up because I wasn’t getting anywhere.

"Instructions could've been clearer"
The kit was decent overall, but the instructions weren't always easy to follow. I had to reread a few parts to figure out what to do next, especially with the really tiny sections and paint numbers. It's still doable, but if you're a beginner, it might feel a little confusing. A few extra tips or pictures would've helped a lot.

"Not a great gift experience"
I bought this as a gift, but it ended up arriving late, which was really disappointing. I also felt like I was getting passed around when trying to figure out what was going on, so the whole experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t choose this again for a gift.

The kit was alright, but I ended up running out of a couple of the paint colors before I could finish it. I wasn’t globbing it on or anything, just painting like normal, so that was kinda frustrating. Now the picture is sitting there half done and I’ve gotta try to match the paint myself, which is a bit of a pain

"Better stocked than most kits"
I’ve bought a few paint kits before where something small was missing, so I was happy this one actually came with everything in the box, paints, brushes, and the canvas. The only thing I’d say is that the paint pots felt a little smaller than I’m used to, but overall it was all there and ready to use...

The print itself looked alright, I guess, but the canvas felt a lot thinner and cheaper than I expected. Maybe I was just expecting more for the price, but overall I was a bit disappointed.

I ordered a kit from mypaintbynumbers.com the kit itself was fine once it arrived. The shipping, though, took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so for a few days I had no idea where my package even was 🙃 It wasn’t a total disaster, but definitely frustrating if you’re hoping to get it quickly.

"Paint went on sooo smooth!!"
I was really impressed with these paints!! They were way better than I expected... nice and smooth, not too watery, not too thick, just easy to work with. Most of the colors covered the numbers in one coat, which was a nice surprise!! A couple of the lighter shades needed another pass, but that’s normal. Overall, I’m really happy with how they turned out!!!

"Turned out nicer than I thought"
I finished mine last week i keep walking past it like, wait, did I really make that? The colors ended up really bright and the picture is super easy to see, which I wasn’t totally sure about at first. It’s already hanging in my hallway now and yeah, I’m happy with how it turned out

"Still Waiting for a Clear Answer"
I reached out to support and then just got silence for days. No update, no explanation, nothing that made it clear what was going on. It’s really frustrating when you’re trying to get a simple answer and nobody bothers to reply

"Showed up at the worst time"
My order did eventually arrive, but the tracking was useless and barely updated the whole time. It also came later than I expected, which was annoying because the timing really didn’t work out for me. The kit itself was fine once it finally got here, but the delivery side was definitely a bit hit and miss
